Receptionist Mr. Abdul Wahab very cooperative and guest services staff Munir and Deepo are very humble and always ready to serve you. Rates are very good, location is fine, overall good value.

Everything was great, except staff does not speak English, and I had to wait about 2-3 hours in queue to check-in as they don't follow (probably) proper check-in standards. Bus service to haram is great. but takes about 45 minutes one way.

We booked this hotel during the last ten days of Ramadan. The hotel staff abdurrahman was very helpful and had good manners. We booked for four people but abdurrahman provided us with a room with five people. The location of this hotel was good with transport, shops and restaurants being cheap, especially Afghan restaurant.Rooms were clean and everything was tidy. Despite the rush the hotel still did its best to help its guests. I will inshallah book again with this hotel and cannot wait to meet abdurrahman again inshallah. 5 stars guaranteed! I recommend this hotel. thank you abdurrahman for helping us a lot as well as your staff who also helped us.

WORST HOTEL EVER! I am one to enjoy a nice hotel but since it was ramadan season prices of average hotels were sky high we decided to settle for this hotel as the reviews were okay. NEVER AGAIN! Firstly they provided us with a double bed which was great as we requested it but tell me why the room was so noisy. Outside the bedroom window was three large machines I am guessing for the AC and the noise was just too much when we asked for a quiet room we were told all double rooms have this outside the room. We decided to go for a twin single room which was so small. The fridge was so smelly the room size was just so small and the flush for the toilet barely worked. We decided to extent out stay after eid but before doing so we asked if the bus service to the Haram masjid would still run and we were told yes. Eid day comes and we go to enquire where the bus is and they tell us no bus service only during ramadan. The hotel is a good 12min drive and taxi prices were just too much. The electirty cut off and they took their sweet time to fix it. Wifi barely worked and if it did only whatsapp messages. Just an overall poor poor hotel with rubbish facilities. STAY AWAY !
